I wouldnt say that it was difficult. I had finnish big test last week and I got a good marks for it. 105/118, I have recommended to go for national finnish language test next spring. People often asked me if the language is difficult or do I speak the language? Yes I do and often I gave the answer ´sometimes´, ´need more practice´. Well it is going to be practice till I die, lol! (if any case). Im too modest that I dont want to grade any level for my language skill proficiency. Rather, I want it to be a surprise. But I know that Im doing good with it. How do I learn the language other than attending courses?

- read magazines, shopping brochures, advertisement
- listen to radio (seldom, just started)
- read Aku Ankka(donald duck) ( 2-3 times so far)
- browsing internet newspaper
- listen to my language teacher´s talks.
- listen!

I think that my listening skill has improved as well after have been in this course.

some decent meal to make one´s soul happy

The weekend started with the class ended earlier and I rushed to Antilla to buy bathrobes. Yea, they are for our 1st wedding anniversary. somehow I knew that he will not remember it but i think bathrobes would be a good choice. By 2pm, I needed to be there in front of his granparent´s door. I had the bathrobes nicely packed in my backpack and he didnt suspect anything.

The next morning, I hunged the bathrobe with a hanger and sticked a paper ontop of it which was written ´Happy 1st Anniversary!´. I put it close to the fireplace and I think that he might not notice the bathrobe for hours if he only travels to the kitchen rather than to the toilet, haha! So, I asked him to close his eyes, walked him over to where the bathrobe located. When he opened his eyes and saw the paper, he was delighted. Then I started to talk about the size of the bathrobe, if it suits him well. Then he said ´oh, I didnt even notice that´. Yep!

I was already sleeping and he said to me that tomorrow there will be the ham race. Yea, I dont get it why he often talk to me when I am sleeping. maybe I often sleep at the wrong time or place. So, we went for the ham race. This time, I was the driver and he read the maps. Not bad after all. We didnt win any ham but we won 3rd place for the C-class. Medals were awarded. Yea, I eventually got a medal. Felt like wow, I got something or win something after a year living in here.

ha, it must be just an introduction. Snow has melted away and the temperature has risen again. It is +8C now and we are having ´autumn rain´. I have been thinking that we have a good autumn this year but actually the autumn rain has been late. The other night, it was pouring. when I said pouring, it means that it rains more heavier than usually. Never gonna match the pouring in the tropics.

Snow is melting away. The temperature has been about plus. And Im almost at the edge of feeling tired everyday. Other than that, Im still not happy with the lightings at home. He said that lately I have been lazy. It is true, en jaksa enää, lol! Sunrise is getting later and practically today, it felt like there wasnt any sun rise at all. It was just plain gloomy, grey and dark. I was already out, waiting for the bus at 7.30 in the morning when it was still dark. Came back home around 6pm and it was already pitch dark. Soon, Im going look like a snow white, lol!

Soon, pizza and kebab are going to be over populated in here. The question is that would the next generation gonna have health/diet problem? Is the young generation going to think that pizza and kebab are their national food?
